| Therapeutic Massage Massage can be suitable to aid relaxation or to treat many problems, including muscular pain, injuries, tension and stiffness. Therapeutic massage tends to focus on the problem areas, and may be deeper than other massages. The massage may be a full body massage, however the session can be tailored to the areas that need most work: often the neck, back, shoulders or legs. Each session is preceded by a short consultation in order to tailor the massage to the client.
Therapeutic massage may also be a relaxing, stress relieving treatment and is suitable for people without specific problems.
